Note: The time of the consultation includes my prior assessment of your imaging before seeing you and dictation of a letter to the referring doctor after your visit.
Surgical Fees
Before proceeding with surgery, private patients will receive a detailed cost estimate and must sign a form confirming their acceptance of the fees.
